Shipping policy
- Shipping area: We ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Processing & production: Orders are placed with our production partner within 24 hours of a valid order (unless you request a proof). Typical production time: 3–7 business days.
- Transit: Domestic shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on carrier and destination. Total delivery time = processing (3–7 days) + transit (2–7 days).
- Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in the listed price if the product shows “Free shipping.”
- Tracking: We provide tracking when available. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking info once your order ships.
- Delays: Delivery windows are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the production partner hands the package to the carrier.
- Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please email photos of the item and packaging to diannevorheier@aol.com within 5 days of delivery so we can file a claim with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if the print order has not yet been submitted to our production partner. After the order is submitted we cannot cancel.
